Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova teaches Financial and Tax Law at the Faculty of Economics, Sofia University, and leads the Master’s Program Economics and Management of Public Resources. She is a member of the Sofia Bar Association, the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP), and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

She coordinates the project Green Digital Hub for Startups and Social Enterprises (GreenDigiHub) under Erasmus+ KA2 Partnerships for Cooperation in the Youth Sector.
